By accessing and using BCC Alumni Tracker System ("the System"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the System.

2. Use of the System

The System is provided to help the institution keep in touch with its graduates and to track alumni employment and engagement outcomes. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the System only for its intended purpose.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify an administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Data We Collect

We collect the information you provide (such as your name, contact details, course, graduation year, and employment records) as well as basic activity needed to operate the System. This data is used to maintain the alumni directory, generate reports and analytics, and to send you events and announcements.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with applicable data privacy laws. We do not sell your data. Access is limited to authorized coordinators and administrators, and information is retained only for as long as necessary to serve the purposes above. You may request a correction or removal of your data by contacting an administrator.

6. Communications

By using the System you consent to receive service-related communications, including event notices and announcements, through the contact details on your record.

7. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the System after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
